Nose is youthful and lifted with zesty lemon, citrus leaves and stems, some softer talcy florals. Yellow acid fruits and some yellow apple. In the mouth the wine is again zesty with brightly yellow fruited acidity. It has a bulb shaped palate attack with chalky, fine acid that builds and give little hints of pleasing salinity and a somewhat gingery, grapefruit rindy texture to length.
