2017 Heritage Vines Cabernet Sauvignon White Port BBQ roasted veggies or aMade using grapes from vines over 100 years old. Aromas of dark cherries, plums, raspberries and subtle vanilla. Tannins are delicate, but firm. The palate is long and full of black and blue fruits, and layers of leafy complexity with tobacco and chocolate notes. Aged to perfection, with plenty of life left in it. A wine ideally suited to beef, spicy curries, BBQ sausages, roast veggies, veal and lamb. Delicious with hard cheeses.
