Gunn's Hill Brigid's Brie (200g) SANDWICH These are not your averageA soft surface ripened cheese made with cow's milk this brie is free of stabilizers and preservatives. Each batch is aged six weeks and is delicately handled to preserve it's creamy center. In its' youth this Brie is firm, creamy and a little salty but as it reaches its' peak, the center becomes soft and the rind exudes pungent notes similar to a fine Camembert. We believe this is the best Brie we've ever had! Best enjoyed on it's own or with bacon
