Brave New Wine - 2023 Pystopia Beer Fermentation is done in woodenGewurztraminer, Riesling and Pinot Gris from Swinneys Vineyard in Frankland River. Picked early for natural acidity. Some skin contact for colour and a texture. Naturally fermented and raised in neutral barrels. Tangerine hue. Rose petals, fresh ginger, vanilla pods, lime blossom, and an approaching storm on the nose. Palate is quite linear but balanced and smooth. Orange tic tacs, pink grapefruit with a powdery softness.
