The glass has a small crack at  ~7pm on its face

and a "displaced center" scan with vertex of the sweep starting at or even below the bottom of the cathode ray tube

Control Wheel / Yoke, Douglas DC-6 T-33 Would have been used inThis is a Control Wheel (aka Yoke) from the Douglas DC 6 commercial airliner. The Douglas DC 6 is a piston powered airliner and transport aircraft built by the Douglas Aircraft Company from 1946 to 1958. At the top of each end of the wheel are receptacles for the spring loaded button switches, one for Autopilot Release and the other for Hydraulic Panel Lights. The black paint shows wear from use. It is in reasonably good condition given its age.
