She creates objects that speak to our fears, curiosities, and possibilities; engaging with craft as a tool to span time. Jo Lobdell received an MFA in sculpture from Cranbrook Academy of Art, a BFA from Lesley University, and an AAS in graphic design from Parsons School of Design. She is a partner in Matter Design, a collaborative studio
