It comes with a leather carrying case. The serial numbers on the instrument and the case are different. It is missing one side plate, a mirror, and possibly a few other parts. The strap on the case is broken. It is offered here for display or for parts. The instrument measures ~ 8 in x 4 in x 2 in.
