Margan - 2024 Ceres Hill Barbera Anejo The most perfect silver tinplateOur Ceres Hill Vineyard has three distinct soil profiles across the property and this Barbera is planted on a block of the famed red, volcanic soil of the Fordwich Sill. As pioneers of alternative varieties in the Hunter, we planted this Italian variety in 1998, behind the winery. After a few years we worked out how to manage this variety viticulturally and now decades down the track we can consistently make a great wine each vintage. We hand harvest
