Patek Philippe Ellipse Yellow Gold Onyx Dial Ref 3730 over-200 - Oyster bracelet with solidThis is a very rare Patek, that is believed to exist in only eight examples ! The reference 3730 is one of the largest manually wound Ellipse watches produced. Made between 1976 and 1990, it houses the robust caliber 215 within a case created by Atelier Runis. Its distinctive allure is enhanced by the dauphine style hands and the onyx cabochon crown. With just eight known pieces in existence, it is a treasure for collectors! The yellow gold step case
