Jahrhundert die Kchengrten von Versailles gestaltete. In der Nase getrocknete Kruter, vor allem Rosmarin, Salbei und Lavendel, mit einem Hauch Traubenssse. Im Gaumen etwas suerliche weisse Trauben und Lavendel, im Abgang Zartbitternoten, Pfeffer und Salbei.
