It is adorned with 17 red plastic buttons with a faux pearl in the center. Long zipper down the back. Originally there was a hook and eye but only the eye is left. Easy fix. The dress is lightly pleated and was probably pleated even more when new but the pleats have loosened up and are not tight like they probably were originally. The cleaner might possibly be able to put
