I want a light waxed cotton jacket that is rain resistant and has sufficient room in lower pockets to keep all the important belongings and several additional pocket (one easy access pocket for earplugs, chest pocket for pens and glasses, and one inside pocket for passport or a small notebook). The lower pockets have special pleated construction to allow more room for
