Produced using highland agaves near Atotonilco el Alto, it's then aged for almost 3 years, first in used Cabernet Franc wine barrels from the Loire Valley and then in toasted American white oak previously used for Canadian whiskey or Tennessee rye whiskey. Fermentation is done using Mendoza wine yeast strains and verified
