This is wonderfully complex and cerebral. Palate: gives chewy slabs of liquorice, fruit loaf and black pepper, before moving to a sweeter profile led by figs and rich toffee. The rye really shines through on the finish, with a perfect balance of spice and Savoury rye notes.
