some organic notes of soft sweet grass and wood sap hints of crème caramel

Palate: Rather rich and full bodied across the front of the palate, some ginger and spice with a subtle dry peat note that seems to underpin itself from the front to the mid palate, some berries and blackcurrant, a little salty and spice
