Valves are controlled by vac boost. Tips are are in okay shape. LH driver side muffler tips have dents and a flat spot on the bottom side and one small dent on the top as well. RH muffler tips are in good shape with light scratching. They are cut off so you will need to weld them back on. Comes exactly as pictured.
