The majority of the 1931 blend comes from traditional molasses rum

sweet tangerine zest

Palate: A superb smooth and fruity note on the front of the palate

Nose: Fruity with a touch of red apple

that offers a dash of true goan pleasure

with a drop of water its a little softer on the finish

the balance of flavour is superb as the smoke wraps loosely around the sweetness drawn from deep within the oak

cloves and sweet plumbs
