Purple & Green Leas | Folkestone Art Framed People went nuts for themThe place to be for the rich of Victorian Britain. The Leas is another iconic Folkestone location. This view captures the 3 perspectives, down the path, along the leas and down towards Mermaid beach. Subtly using colour taken from the roof of the Leas Cliff Hall, to set back the tress and foliage. I don't often draw the details of plants, but had been inspired after looking at a lot of Hockney works at the time. Created for my stall at 'Under The Moon
