Jean Tardy & Fils, Fixin La Place 2018 blanc de noirs Try it with goats' cheeseDark red ruby colour. Ripened black cherry and chocolate on the nose. Silky on the palate, a roundness that Fixin is often missing. Flavours of blackberry, and dark bitter chocolate and a well integrated acidity; shows slightly medicinal cherry aux d vie character. The tannins arrive late and build, while remaining harmonious and supple.
