Matured 11 years in ex bourbon barrels, then 1 year in Ferrand casks. Finish with 4 months in Palo Cortado Sherry cask. Nose Fruity on pear, mandarin jam, grapefruit zest and dried apricot. Spicy notes of pepper, cloves, cinnamon, anis and pistachio with oxidative and vinous touches of the Palo Cortado.
