Each of these plots holds vines aged over 30 years and have burrowed their way down into the rich pure grey and blue slate soils, inspiring the name and mineral edge to this wine. Upon this stone foundation, expect notes of yellow nectarine, granny smith apple, melon, as well as honeysuckle.
