A skin contact to rule them all peachy nose with pear and pineapple in the background. On the palate, the texture is silky and rich with a great freshness and smoky poblano chilli finish.

fermented in large neutral traditional fuder and bottled early to preserve freshness

Soft plum and red fruit flavours also show a savoury streak

The wood is prominent but there’s more than enough richness and power to the fruit to carry it

a pleasant soft mouthfeel with well-integrated tannins and a long finish

The palate is excitingly fresh with zip and energy

green apple steeliness on the finish

attractive blackberry fruit with richer liquorice and a touch of oak which continue on to the palate with sumptuous and silky tannins
