Following a traditional method that was famed for producing some of the best vodkas we blend fine rye and wheat spirits and then add small quantities of aged pot stilled fruit spirits apple and plum. The apple brings a crisp acidity while the plum gives the vodka its sweetness and depth. The result is a classic vodka with a depth, complexity and smoothness that is rare to find.
