Daviess County Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey Pinot GrisWith a heritage dating back to 1874, Daviess County Distilling Company was one of the first great bourbon distilleries of Kentucky. It also paved the way for more than a dozen other distilleries that opened in Daviess County pre Prohibition. Now, in honor of the countys rich history, we are reintroducing Daviess County Bourbon to the world. Featuring a unique blend of ryed and wheated mashbills, its a masterpiece unmatched in both flavor and heritage.

During aging the wine then underwent a secondary malolactic fermentation to soften the natural acidity and add complexity

alongside layered flavors of dark plum

new charred American white oak barrels

and lemon cake flavors of Wyoming Whiskey Small Batch with a moderately spicy

and a hint of zesty orange

The wine underwent 100% malolactic fermentation while still on the lees to achieve additional creaminess and complexity
