Porsche, this solid looking beechwood knife storage block is actually five separate pieces held together by a long stainless steel bolt. A polished nut on the back unscrews to allow the pieces to slip off the bolt, thus exposing each knife slot for easy cleaning with a damp cloth. When assembled, the block angles forward so that knives can be quickly removed or inserted without damage to the blades. Made specifically for
