Keum boo ginkgo leaf earrings turquoise bracelt 5-19 inchesEarrings feature hand cut sterling silver ginkgo leaves with 23. 5 karat gold applied with the Keum boo method in which a layer of gold is fused to silver under high heat. Veins in the leaves were hand carved with burrs and liver of sulfur applied to darken the silver and accentuate the carving; Renaissance Wax applied to preserve the patina. Hand made ear wires are 14 karat gold filled.
