The wine has a high acidity and tropical fruit flavor. The vermouth also includes Pomelo from the Riverland, ruby grapefruits for texture, peppermint gum for aromatics, and finger limes for acidity. Both fresh and dried wormwood are blended in for a strong herbal flavor.
